We stayed just the one night. We had booked a standard double room but were surprised to find ourselves in a king size four poster room!, we were only charged for a standard double room. The evening meal was lovely and so was the breakfast. Apart from one girl on reception, the staff were not particulary friendly and some never spoke at all when we spoke to them, so really they need to look at their customer service skills a bit more!. Overall a lovely charming hotel, very nice and quiet considering it is in the town centre.
